We guarantee satisfaction. We strive to meet your expectations in quality gift giving. We guarantee all our products to arrive fresh and in good quality. In the event of a problem, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it. We reserve the right to request a product be returned to us prior to replacement.

Full refunds for product price will be issued subject to inspection/approval prior to credit. Merchandise must be returned in original condition within seven days of time of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded; return shipping charges are at customer expense. Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind within 24 hours of time of purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund. Notification must be received in writing by email, fax, or mail. Any cancellations after the order is in production may not be accepted.

Delivery Address

Please remember that cross-country ground shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive. We regret that we cannot be responsible for or guarantee shipments when we receive an incorrect or incomplete address. A phone number is recommended to assist delivery services in promptly delivering your gift. Please check the accuracy of your addresses before placing an order.

Shipping Times

Unless otherwise specified, most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of order. Same day shipping is available for small orders. Depending on size, larger orders will ship in 2-5 days.

Sales Tax

North Carolina residents and orders shipped within North Carolina add 7% sales tax.
